Refund Policy

At Nurse Coach Pro, we are committed to providing high-quality tutoring and educational support for nursing students. We understand that sometimes plans change or expectations may differ, so we’ve created a clear and fair Return & Refund Policy for our services.

1. Tutoring Sessions – Refunds and Rescheduling

a. One-on-One Sessions

  • Refund Eligibility: You may request a full refund if you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.

  • No-Shows: If you miss your session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

b. Rescheduling Policy:

  • You may reschedule a session once with at least 12 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the session time are not guaranteed and may be treated as cancellations.

2. Packages and Multi-Session Plans

If you’ve purchased a package (e.g., 4 or 8 sessions):

  • Unused sessions can be refunded on a pro-rated basis if requested within 14 days of the first session.

  • Used sessions will be charged at the single-session rate, and the balance refunded accordingly.

  • After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for partial use of packages.

3. Digital Products and Resources

From time to time, Nurse Coach Pro may offer downloadable materials (eBooks, study guides, recorded webinars, etc.).

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the content is delivered or accessed.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing your material, please contact us for support, and we’ll ensure you receive what you purchased.
